Orders, shipping & pick-up

We aim to get all orders out within 3 working days on receipt of the order.
If for any reason one or more products are out of stock, extreme price fluctuation or outside regular dimensions, we will aim to email you within 3 working days to inform you and ask what further action you would like us to take.

Our standard shipping courrier is BPOST, but we can supply other shipping companies on request. 
We reserve the right not to ship certain goods for any reason (glass, dangerous goods, weight or dimensions, ...).
